The world of work is becoming increasingly digital - and we are actively following this path! The digital learning platform "didab" was introduced at Elster Werke and is already used daily at five sites.

Learning at your own pace

The platform enables our employees to learn individually and at their own pace. With interactive modules on everyday skills, professional knowledge and creative topics, they can continue to develop and acquire valuable digital skills.

 

Increasing independence and motivation

Many employees are enthusiastic: "The exercises are really fun - and I can apply a lot of them directly in my day-to-day work," says Yannic Sommer. The platform not only boosts self-confidence, but also promotes independence and motivation.

 

Support from our team

Our employees accompany the apprentices with a lot of patience and explain every step. Simple operation and accessible content make the platform easy to use for everyone.

The digital learning platform is an important step towards more equal opportunities and participation in our workshop - and we look forward to continuing to expand it in our facilities!
