The TraumHaus in the ElsterPark was designed from the outset to be accessible to all guests - regardless of physical limitations.
Our disabled-friendly hotel rooms are spacious, have wide doors, level-access showers and care beds with an integrated care system.
The entire facility - from reception to the rooms to the restaurant - is accessible without steps.

Assistance, nursing & medical care

For many guests, it is important to know that ElsterPark not only offers barrier-free living, but that individual care can also be organised.

On request, we can arrange outpatient care services, provide care beds or aids and assist with the organisation of dialysis on site.

Guests travelling as dialysis patients can also plan their holiday with us without any worries - we help coordinate with nearby medical facilities.

This creates an environment in which you feel safe and can concentrate fully on your recovery.

For guests with visual impairments, we have a menu in Braille and an illustrated menu in easy-to-read language.

Mobility takes centre stage at ElsterPark Herzberg.
Thanks to barrier-free paths, ramps and lifts, you can move around the entire site independently.

E-bikes, wheelchair bikes and a cargo bike are available for excursions. There are also numerous barrier-free sights, walking trails and cultural attractions in the surrounding area.
