Culinary steak trips

In our first steak journey, we want to compare the meat of some world steak champions with great regional products. In doing so, we will also look at the respective farming methods and the maturing process. We will reveal the secret of who invented the porterhouse steak and let you nibble on the finest beef ham in Europe.
