Menus are sometimes not equally understandable for everyone:

Small, hard-to-read writing, lots of foreign words, French terms for dishes, such as ratatouille or boeuf bourguignon, etc.

But we can do it differently:

The menu in our BlauHaus in ElsterPark is also available in "easy language" .
Without difficult words, with pictures for easy understanding. So guests know what's on their plate
and a visit to the restaurant is an enjoyable experience for EVERYONE.

As an educational and meeting centre, the BlauHaus stands for successful inclusion.
Accessibility and inclusion are a top priority here - even when eating.
