Our TOMAHAWKSTEAK is perfectly matured, juicy, aromatic & masterfully prepared by our BlauHaus chefs. Come by, treat yourself... and watch the meat mature. You can watch the meat maturing - the BlauHaus is home to our dry-ageing cabinet, which we use to mature the meat over a longer period of time at a controlled temperature and humidity, allowing water to evaporate and form a protective crust.
