match 2023
On 14 October, the "match" training fair of the Elbe Elster district took place in Herzbgerg. An ELSTERWERK team was on site at stand E29. Managers and employees from the Metal House, ElsterPark and central administration as well as one of our trainees provided information about training and career opportunities at ELSTERWERK.
The 26th training fair was very well attended. Around 100 exhibitors were present in the Elsterlandhalle, presenting their services and engaging in dialogue with interested young people.

"Our region needs qualified and motivated skilled workers - now and in the future. So take advantage of the wide range of counselling services on site for your own advancement," said District Administrator Christian Jaschinski in the run-up to the match training fair.
