At ELSTER WERKE gemeinnützige GmbH, which is part of the ELSTERWERK group of companies, people with disabilities work in 10 different specialised areas in the workshop.

The "BlauHaus" restaurant in the ElsterPark is an "open" workshop workspace, so to speak, where people with and without disabilities can meet in everyday life.
