We will be there again when people with and without disabilities swap jobs, gain new impressions and change perspectives.

Shift change - the day of action for new perspectives!

This year's participants are Das BlauHaus in ElsterPark with Mario Leopold, who swaps his workplace with Herzberg Mayor Karsten Eule-Prütz on this day.

At our Elster Werke Herzberg plant, Stefan Meyer from the assembly department swapped jobs with Ricarda Budke, member of the Brandenburg/Potsdam state parliament
and in Luckenwalde, workshop employee Christine Korn swapped jobs with Andre' Schulz from the Luckenwalde fire and civil defence department.
