The 28th Elbe-Elster district training fair "MATCH" - Fair for training, talent and opportunities in your home region will take place in Finsterwalde on 11 October 2025.

With its annual training fair, the district of Elbe-Elster offers companies in the region a platform to present themselves and their training programmes. At the same time, young people are shown a wide range of future prospects so that they do not have to leave their home region to train or find work.
