The ElsterPark is a project with a unique range of services. People with and without disabilities can have completely new experiences here through informal encounters and experience education in a new way through shared experiences.
ElsterPark offers a holistic and dynamic education and experience programme - barrier-free, inclusive, sustainable and unique in the region. The personalities, abilities and very specific wishes and needs of guests with and without disabilities play a key role in the design of our programmes.

Our employees are the soul, the heart, the fuel of the project. In particular, we are convinced that employees with disabilities radiate a high degree of natural friendliness and have a high level of commitment from within and therefore an exceptional willingness to provide service. They are informal, open and honest, but also sensitive and sensitive and proud of their own achievements.
With an innovative overall concept, we provide our guests with an atmosphere that enables them to experience themselves and their surroundings in a new way through encounters between people with and without disabilities and a holistic leisure and educational programme based on experiences and adventures.
Modern, functional equipment and technology helps our staff and gives them the opportunity to look after their guests even better. We provide our guests with the highest level of relaxation and individual well-being, coupled with a wide range of active leisure activities and a comprehensive range of services that enable them to participate in life in the community as far as possible without restrictions due to disabilities and barriers.
Holistic well-being requires an intact environment. In this respect, we pay particular attention to the quality of the natural and built environment and the economical use of natural resources. This applies to the ecologically orientated use of materials, energy generation and its use as well as the use and processing of local, ecologically produced products. Waste avoidance takes precedence over recycling, and recycling takes precedence over disposal. The benchmark for the quality of our services is first and foremost the satisfaction of our guests, which is largely determined by our employees. Every employee is therefore responsible for ensuring top quality and a positive, characterising image in their area of activity.
