ELSTER WERKE gemeinnützige GmbH is a modern and efficient company in the south of the state of Brandenburg that enables people with various disabilities to participate in working life and life in the community. At seven locations, qualified specialists and specialised services prepare people with disabilities for their working lives in a targeted manner and deploy and employ them in one of the various specialist areas according to their individual abilities.

INTAWO gemeinnützige GmbH, Integrative Tagesstätten und Wohnen für Behinderte, has been representing the interests of people with disabilities, their parents, relatives, friends, professionals and supporters in the district of Elbe-Elster in the south of the state of Brandenburg since 1993. The organisation is responsible for various areas in the areas of children, young people and adults. The task and purpose of the organisation is to operate and promote facilities and measures that provide effective help for people with disabilities.

The integration company INTEGRA profil gemeinnützige GmbH started its business activities in Herzberg/Elster in September 2014. The company is dedicated to integrating severely disabled people into the world of work. The company will provide services for the companies of the ELSTERWERK Foundation and external customers in the field of facility management.
