Barefoot is fun

There is nothing better than enjoying unrestricted freedom of movement and feeling a varied surface. Foot muscles are much more active when walking barefoot than in shoes, because there is no shoe sole to block the reflexes of the sole of the foot, temperature stimuli and the massage effect of the ground activate additional body heat and defences.

Fashionable shoes are often torture for the feet, leaving unsightly marks such as blisters, ingrown toenails, varicose veins and vein problems etc.
People who walk barefoot a lot have well-formed feet with an even tan, smooth skin and straight toes. The muscles are trained evenly without effort. And the better you feel the ground, the more elegant your movements become and the more muscle development prevents flat feet and
splayfoot.

Advantages: The postural muscles of the feet remain intact and damage to the knees, hips and back is avoided.
