The 28th training fair of the Elbe-Elster district, ‘MATCH’ – Fair for Training, Talent and Opportunities in Your Home Region, will take place on 11 October 2025 in Finsterwalde.

With its annual training fair, the Elbe-Elster district offers companies in the region a platform to present themselves and their training opportunities. At the same time, young people are shown a wide range of future prospects so that they do not have to leave their home region to pursue training or employment.
